Sleep is essential to good health and well-being, but many of us are not doing enough of it.  The National Sleep Foundation’s Inaugural Sleep Health Index found that forty-five percent of Americans said that poor or insufficient sleep affected their daily activities at least once in the past seven days.

Michael Whalen debuted a second video, "The Distant Light", from his upcoming album. Last month Whalen released a lyric video for "Dreams", his cover of The Cranberries' favorite featuring vocals from The New Tarot. Dream Cycle is in stores February 24.
