Cowboy Mouth is New Orleans rock n' roll.  In 2011 they will be trekking across the United States shouting at the top of their lungs the joys of being alive and from New Orleans with their 16th Annual Rock N' Roll Mardi Gras Tour. 

Cowboy Mouth's newest EP, Mardi Gras, consists of classics from Carnival season, including Professor Longhair's Go To The Mardi Gras, James "Sugar Boy" Crawford's Iko Iko, Al Johnson's Carnival Time and a medley of Ernie K-Doe's Hurry Up And Know It and Make You Love Me.  The album kicks it up a notch by featuring horns from NOLA's own Bonerama!  Closing out the album is a stripped down, acoustic version of their Voodoo Shoppe era, post-Katrina ballad The Avenue.
