INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

PENDING/MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS
If your credit card was declined and/or is showing multiple transactions due to incorrect information, please allow 2-3 business days for the temporary holds to be removed. If you get a confirmation order from our store via email, you got a successful transaction.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your distance from our office. Domestic orders normally deliver in 3-7 business days. International orders can take 7 days - 4 weeks to be delivered.
SHIPPING METHODS
All orders ship via United States Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All of our orders ship from the United States of America. The customer is responsible for all applicable duties and import taxes.
RETURNS
Products purchased from Valley Entertainment can be returned in their new and sealed condition within 14 days upon the receipt of your item(s) for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for shipping costs related to your return. You may exchange an item within 30 days of the receipt for another item or store credit. Product must be returned in its original condition. If you plan to return an item, first notify us by email at info@valley-entertainment.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return with your package.

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued only after product has been received and verified to be in new and sealed condition. Refunds are not available for digital products.
