John Doan - Wayfarer

Master harp guitarist, storyteller, and historian John Doan brings back soulful and provocative music from a pilgrimage to the most sacred sites of the British Isles.

"Thin Places" as they were called, were believed to be where the space between heaven and earth, past and future, were thinly divided. Follow the ancient pilgrim's paths along winding roads to secluded sanctuaries made famous by the "Twelve Apostles of Ireland", and journey by boat to remote island retreats. Adventurous, thoughtful, and renewing -a collection of achingly beautiful moments and encouraging spirit.
