On the 30th Anniversary of the release of Black 47’s eponymous first album comes the first part of the new release After Hours - executive produced by Peter Walsh of The The Gobshites and Larry Kirwan of Black 47.
The release features reworks of favorite songs from the Black 47 catalogue. First up is NYC's Celtic Cross with "40 Shades of Blue"!
New today - the Brian Keane produced soundtrack to Driving While Black. The documentary by acclaimed historian Dr. Gretchen Sorin and Emmy-winning director Ric Burns' examines the history of African Americans on the road from the 1930s to the 1960s and beyond. Watch on PBS.
